OmniFlow Omni-channel Engine
The Challenge
OmniFlow's Shopify-based frontend was hitting severe API rate limits during Flash Sales, resulting in 20-second page loads and massive abandonment. Their inventory sync was non-atomic, leading to accidental overselling of high-demand items.
The Architecture
We implemented a custom Headless architecture using Next.js and a Laravel-based inventory orchestrator. By introducing a Redis-backed atomic locking mechanism for checkouts, we guaranteed inventory accuracy even at 10k orders per minute. The entire frontend now serves static-shell pages with dynamic hydration for near-instant loads.
