The Challenge
LogiCommand's global fleet was haunted by 'Ghost Transit'—instances where cargo position data lagged by up to 30 minutes. This lack of real-time telemetry made predictive ETAs impossible during high-congestion maritime events.
The Architecture
We rewrote their telemetry ingestion service in Go, capable of processing 1M concurrent GPS pulses. By leveraging Redis Streams for real-time data piping and integrating a custom Geo-fencing engine, we achieved 500ms global synchronization. Dispatchers now make decisions based on what’s happening *now*, not 30 minutes ago.
